Of course, you are your own greatest resource! The core of your work is your everyday experiment. Nothing can substitute the power of practice, of constantly coming back home, gently reminding yourself to honor your Strategy and Authority. And remember, especially in the beginning, you can learn as much (or more!) from the times that you're NOT following your Strategy and Authority as you can from the times you manage to 'live as yourself.'

LIVING YOUR DESIGN (LYD) COURSE
After receiving your Foundational Reading, you can take a Living Your Design course from a trained guide. This is the next natural step for people who have received a reading and would like support in integrating the knowledge. When it comes to choosing a guide, I encourage you to tune into your own Authority, however it manifests in your design.

There’s so much available online now -- classes, book/video/audio materials about all aspects of Human Design. There’s even a radio program in what’s called the JAM player. There are lists of professionally trained analysts and teachers, all there for you to explore. This is truly an infinitely vast field of study.
